This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

We at Sweet Penelope Brand are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly while maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.Return Conditions:Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached.Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment as soon as we receive the items back in perfect condition. Please note, we do not refund original shipping charges or Route Shipping Insurance.Items must be sent back within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns sent 6 or more business days after receiving the return shipping label will not be accepted.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.Non-returnable Items:Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund Process:You will be refunded to your original method of payment once your return reaches our warehouse.
